It is a proven fact that keeping fit in a sociable group environment is more satisfying which, in turn, means you are more likely to continue.  I offer a Wednesday afternoon body conditioning class for people who want to keep fit, want to have fun, want to meet like-minded people and, of course, stay healthy. 

I am an ex-Rosemary Conley franchisee so have worked with all sizes, ages and abilities.  My classes are one hour of strength training, stretching and flexibility exercises using resistance and weight.  Everybody works to their own ability so you work at a level that suits you. Donít worry if you are not keen on getting down on a mat, as exercises can be adapted for you to work on a chair. 

There are no joining fees or subscription,  no booking or paying for several weeks at a time; it is simply pay-as-you-go.  Come to class, pay £5.00, exercise; it couldnít be easier.   

Please bring a mat and water with you; wear comfortable clothing and trainers. A health screening form will need to be completed upon arrival so if you need reading glasses, please bring those along with you too. 

I am currently not allowed to provide any equipment due to Covid restrictions so own weights and resistance band required.
